I’m not sure Logitech even officially supports the QuickCall on Vista. We can check if there is any power button to turn it off. I am running Windows 7 x32 enterprise and was having problems with my quickcall as well.

We got one at work, and once we got it working the reason for this postfound it to have exceptional call quality. The device, in my case, doesn’t seem to want to work unless it is selected as the default media output device. Maybe I should’ve said postscript, but that would’ve been more appropriate for a printer posting. OTOH, on some calls, lobitech people cannot hear me so well.
